The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a refined aesthetic sense, and a proven track record in managing high-end residential and/or commercial interior design projects. Key Responsibilities: Lead interior design projects from initial concept through completion. Develop creative and functional design concepts in line with client needs and budget. Prepare detailed presentations, mood boards, 3D renderings, and technical drawings. Collaborate with architects, contractors, vendors, and junior designers. Source and select materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and accessories. Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure design intent is maintained. Manage project timelines, budgets, and client communications. Supervise and mentor junior team members. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture. 1+ years of professional interior design experience. Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design styles and completed projects. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant software. Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills. Knowledge of building codes, health and safety regulations, and industry trends. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with luxury or high-end clients.
