JOB DESCRIPTION: SENIOR INTERIOR DESIGNERJob Summary

We are seeking a Senior Interior Designer with strong creative vision, technical expertise, and leadership skills to manage end-to-end interior design projects. The role involves concept development, client coordination, team mentoring, and site execution to deliver high-quality, functional, and aesthetically refined spaces.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead residential and/or commercial interior design projects from concept to handover
• Develop design concepts, layouts, 3D visualizations, and material boards
• Coordinate with clients to understand requirements, budgets, and timelines
• Prepare working drawings, BOQs, and specifications
• Manage junior designers and guide the design team
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and consultants
• Conduct site visits to ensure design accuracy and quality execution
• Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and brand standards
• Stay updated with design trends, materials, and technologies

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Interior Design / Architecture
• 5–8+ years of professional interior design experience
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Photoshop (or similar tools)
• Strong knowledge of materials, lighting, furniture, and construction details
• Excellent communication, presentation, and client-handling skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Leadership and team-management capabilities
