Senior Interior Designer

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of innovative design concepts and create compelling presentations for luxury interior design projects.
  
• Manage the entire project lifecycle including programming, conceptual and schematic design, space planning, and design development.
  
• Collaborate closely with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
  
• Prepare and supervise the production of detailed design drawings, 3D visualizations, mood boards, and FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment) selections.
  
• Mentor and guide junior designers, providing constructive feedback and professional development support.
  
• Ensure all designs comply with relevant building codes, regulations, and sustainability standards.
  
• Conduct site visits, coordinate with vendors, and oversee quality control during project implementation.
  
• Support business development activities by participating in client presentations, pitches, and proposal preparation when needed.
  

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience in leading interior design projects, preferably in luxury or high-end residential/commercial sectors.
  
• Strong design sensibility with proficiency in design software and visualization tools.
  
• Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.
  
• Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and sustainable design principles.
  
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality standards.
