Senior Interior Designer

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Interior Designer to lead and execute high-end interior design projects from concept through completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong design vision, excellent project management skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and project stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Lead the development of innovative design concepts and create compelling presentations for luxury interior design projects. Manage the entire project lifecycle including programming, conceptual and schematic design, space planning, and design development. Collaborate closely with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction. Prepare and supervise the production of detailed design drawings, 3D visualizations, mood boards, and FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment) selections. Mentor and guide junior designers, providing constructive feedback and professional development support. Ensure all designs comply with relevant building codes, regulations, and sustainability standards. Conduct site visits, coordinate with vendors, and oversee quality control during project implementation. Support business development activities by participating in client presentations, pitches, and proposal preparation when needed. Qualifications & Skills: Proven experience in leading interior design projects, preferably in luxury or high-end residential/commercial sectors. Strong design sensibility with proficiency in design software and visualization tools. Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills. Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and sustainable design principles. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality standards.
