Role Description:

Senior Interior Designer

Interior Design, Architecture, or related field

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead interior design projects from concept to completion.
• Create detailed

  space planning layouts and construction drawings

  .
• Develop

  hyper-realistic 3D views and presentations

  for client approvals.
• Select and manage

  FF&E (furniture, fixtures & equipment)

  .
• Work closely with architects, consultants, and contractors.
• Ensure design solutions are aligned with

  client needs and budgets

  .
• Incorporate

  sustainable design practices

  wherever applicable.
• Supervise site execution to maintain design intent and quality standards.

Skills:

• 3–10 years of professional experience

  in interior design.
• Proven expertise in

  space planning and construction drawings

  .
• Proficiency in

  AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray/Corona, Photoshop, or similar design software

  .
• Strong knowledge of

  materials, finishes, and detailing

  .
• Excellent

  project management, communication, and team collaboration skills

  .
• Experience in

  sustainable design practices

  (preferred).
