Senior Infor XA Functional Analyst – Source-to-Pay (S2P)

Job Description

Primary mission: 

•    Own all XA purchasing, receiving, and supplier-schedule functionality and keep inbound/outbound logistics data consistent inside XA.

Core XA Scope

•    Purchasing Management (COM/PO, COM/PO-REL, blanket/kanban orders)

•    Receiving & Inspection (COM/RCV, COM/INS tables)

•    Supplier Release & Schedule (SFC/SCH) including ASN fields in XA 10.x

•    Inventory impact (lot/serial, reason codes) and freight cost capture in XA.

    Required Skills

•    8+ yrs XA Purchasing/Receiving hands-on (10.x or 9.x) including KnowledgeWare setup.

•    Can read RPG/CL source to trace PO status, quantity-balance, and GL posting logic.

•    Good SQL for ad-hoc queries on COM*, RCV*, INV* tables.

•    Working knowledge of supplier ASN structure and EDI 850/856 mapping inside XA (not external translators).

Key responsibilities

•    Configure objects in XA P-O, RCV, SCH to support global sourcing rules and plant‐specific receiving processes.

•    Write functional specs for RPG mods (e.g., auto-close partial receipts, landed-cost add-ons) and for ION/BOD mappings used to hand freight and ASN data to external systems such as TMC Sphere or 3PL portals.

•    Run fit-gap workshops with plant buyers and material planners; maintain FDDs and user work instructions.

•    Support unit, UAT, and cut-over for supplier-schedule changes; own ticket queue for S2P modules.
