Job Description

In this role as a Senior Independent Testing Specialist at Wells Fargo, you will have the opportunity to lead or participate in moderate to high-risk review activities in a matrixed environment. You will communicate emerging risks to management within Independent Testing and contribute to large-scale planning related to Independent Testing deliverables. Your responsibilities will also include reviewing and researching potential corrective actions, ensuring effective testing and documentation of review activities for risk programs and controls, resolving complex issues, and collaborating with colleagues and internal partners regarding risk management. Key Responsibilities: - Lead or participate in moderate to high-risk review activities - Contribute to planning related to Independent Testing deliverables - Review and research potential corrective actions - Ensure effective testing, validation, and documentation of review activities - Resolve complex issues and lead team to meet Independent Testing deliverables - Collaborate with colleagues, internal partners, and management regarding risk management Qualifications Required: - 4+ years of Independent Testing experience or equivalent - Good exposure to control testing internal controls - Strong demonstration of Risk/Audit/Regulatory Compliance experience in EMEA and APAC - Relevant experience in corporate and investment banks, financial institutes, or international audit firms As a Senior Independent Testing Specialist at Wells Fargo, you are expected to be a graduate with shift timing from 1:30 PM to 10:30 PM.
