As a Director in the Core Services team at Morgan Stanley in Mumbai, you will be part of the Projects team that supports the operations team in driving change initiatives across silos within Shared Services and Banking Operations (SSBO). In this role, you will partner with business units across the firm to support financial transactions, implement controls, and develop client relationships. Specifically, you will be a Team Specialist at the Director level within Change Analytics & Strategy, focusing on Business Analysis and Project Management in support of Product Reference Data Operations. Your responsibilities will include: - Demonstrating a sound understanding of product reference data and market data providers - Utilizing proven project management skills to successfully deliver against targets - Developing effective business analysis skills and functional knowledge - Applying project management principles and discipline effectively - Managing changing priorities and objectives - Working in an Agile delivery model - Leading detailed analysis with line staff, Ops groups, and Business Units to formulate business requirements - Documenting business processes, business rules, and reference data requirements - Preparing test strategies, test scripts, and executing tests To excel in this role, you should bring: - A good understanding of investment banks and Operations - Demonstrated skills in Project/Software Delivery Management, including issue and risk management - Strong problem-solving and business analysis skills - Experience working in an Agile delivery model - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Detail-oriented mindset and ability to work under time constraints with multiple projects - Advanced MS Office skills, including MS Project/ MS PowerPoint At Morgan Stanley, you can expect a commitment to maintaining first-class service and excellence, guided by core values such as putting clients first, leading with exceptional ideas, and promoting diversity and inclusion.
