In this role, you will be joining our Cloud SRE team within Cloud & Productivity Engineering as an SRE Azure Engineer. The team focuses on applying software engineering practices to IT operations tasks to maintain and improve the availability, scalability, and reliability of our Cloud platform hosting LSEG applications. The primary goal is to enhance automation and increase the systems" self-healing capabilities while monitoring, measuring, and optimizing the platform's performance to exceed customer needs. Collaboration with architects, developers, and engineers is crucial to ensure efficient enterprise-scale Azure Landing Zone platforms and products, actively participating in decision-making areas such as automation, scalability, capacity, reliability, business continuity, disaster recovery, and governance. Key Responsibilities: - Engineer, maintain, and optimize hybrid Azure Platform and Services with a focus on automation, reliability, scalability, and performance. - Collaborate with Azure Platform engineering teams and cross-functional teams to enhance reliability in build and release stages. - Develop and deploy automation tools and frameworks to reduce toil and improve automation. - Guide teams in Cloud products and services alignment with the overall Azure Platform strategy. - Adhere to best practices in Azure administration, development, and DevOps processes. - Continuously seek areas of improvement, provide innovative solutions, and solve technical issues. - Participate in Project related activities and maintain up-to-date comprehensive documentation. - Provide high levels of customer service, critical thinking under pressure, and adhere to established ITSM processes and procedures. Tech Profile/Essential Skills: - 5 years" experience in Site Reliability Engineering focusing on Azure Platform Landing Zones and services. - Relevant Azure certification such as Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900) or Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104). - Experience with DevSecOps practices, automation, continuous integration, continuous delivery, and infrastructure as code. - Demonstrable experience in creating and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and repositories. - Experience in Agile environments and Agile principles with excellent communication skills. - Implementation and management of observability tools like Datadog or Azure native tooling. Preferred Skills And Experience: - Experience with setting up enterprise-scale Azure Landing Zones and Microsoft's Cloud Adoption Framework. - Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, Go, etc. - Strong problem-solving skills, incident/service management, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. - Sound understanding of financial institutes and markets. Education And Professional Skills: - Relevant Professional qualifications. - BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related STEM degree. The senior product designer is responsible for developing designs, crafting user journeys, and utilizing the Company design system to craft new journeys for the mobile banking application. You will work hand in hand with other design team members as well as product owners to ensure that experiences are crafted correctly and cost-effectively. Your role also involves developing new ideas that could enhance the experience of the mobile application, journey, and digital products. Additionally, you will ensure that as an individual you are helping FAB stay up to date with various future banking initiatives. You should possess a University degree in design-related studies or the equivalent, hands-on experience in agile development methodology, and a minimum of 7 years of experience in designing mobile and web apps. Strong knowledge of UX processes, digital strategy, and previous exposure to building experiences for banking or other financial institutes are essential. You should have a good understanding of how design experiences translate into technology requirements and experience with tools such as Figma, Miro, and Protopie. Exposure to basic HTML/CSS, ability to set design requirements based on team briefings, customer requirements, and user research are necessary. Your responsibilities will include managing the implementation of new experiences through the mobile application, analyzing and understanding market needs, and conditions, as well as working closely with product engineers to suggest improvements for products and processes. You must have good knowledge of best practices in IOS and Android design, experience in building and managing design systems, and possess creative problem-solving skills. Recommending new tools and technologies that will enhance the FAB Mobile experience is also part of your role. You should have a dynamic and creative personality, as well as being effective at engaging and influencing various audiences. Fluency in oral and written English, with a working knowledge of Arabic as a plus, and accountability are required skills. The degree or level of the job accountabilities is dependent upon the grade of the jobholder in the job position. Your job accountabilities include developing new experiences based on documented requirements, designing & maintaining Company Mobile and web designs, suggesting and applying changes to the UX flows and processes, and experience in UX practices such as testing and validation methods. You will be responsible for detecting, tracking, resolving, and managing issues, as well as reporting to the head of design, building proof of concept examples, grooming the backlog, prioritizing, and documenting, logging, tracking, and reporting issues daily. Coordinating QA testing and product owners, documenting change implementation details for release within the design team, and handing over knowledge to relevant product owners are also part of your responsibilities.,
