The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing HR functions, improving HR policies, fostering a positive work culture, and supporting the organization’s overall strategic goals. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business objectives. Manage the recruitment and selection process for mid to senior-level positions. Oversee employee onboarding, training, and performance management systems. Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary procedures with professionalism. Maintain and update employee records in compliance with data protection regulations. Provide support and guidance to management on HR-related issues and decision-making. Monitor HR metrics and prepare reports for management as needed. Lead or contribute to HR projects such as restructuring, succession planning, and culture-building Requirements: MBA in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of proven experience in an HR role, with increasing levels of responsibility. Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
