Senior Hr Recruitment Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Non-IT Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of hands-on recruitment experience, with a strong preference for those who have worked in blue-collar or frontline workforce hiring. You will play a critical role in sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates for various non-technical roles across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-end recruitment for non-IT roles including operations, logistics, sales, customer support, warehouse staff, drivers, technicians, etc.

Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using job portals, social media, local employment agencies, referrals, and field recruitment.

Conduct initial screening, schedule interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.

Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for high-volume hiring needs.

Maintain accurate recruitment reports, trackers, and candidate databases.

Participate in job fairs, campus drives, and local hiring events to attract suitable talent.

Ensure timely onboarding and documentation of selected candidates.

Collaborate with HR and business teams to understand manpower requirements and timelines.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment, with focus on non-IT or frontline roles.

Strong experience in blue-collar hiring will be highly preferred.

Familiarity with various sourcing tools and local hiring channels.

Ability to manage high-volume hiring with tight deadlines.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Comfortable with field visits and on-ground recruitment when needed.
