Senior HR Recruiter & Generalist

Ø Talent Acquisition & Manpower Planning. Creation of Job Description

Ø Responsible for recruitment , Managing the hiring process, resume screening, job posting advertising on multiple platform. Coordinating and conducting interviews & selection at all levels of technical & commercial to set up the entire Projects Manpower.

Ø Background verification for selected candidate professional and as well as educational for key position.

Ø Helping the employ to achieve KRA by providing training & upgrading them.

Ø Constant Interaction with senior members of functional departments to understand and interpret efficiently job & competency requirements in order to ensure apt profile matching.
Ø To Prepare and maintain the recruitment MIS report to present in Management Review Meeting.Ø Preparing the Offer letter, issuance, Exit Formalities & clearance of the candidate.Ø To collect and recheck the Documents for Personal file.Ø Employee grievance handling & explaining the policies & process.Ø To complete perfectly HR related assignment given by senior in HR Department/management.Ø To Maintain and give salary details of the newly joined Employees & revised salary to process the salary. Preparation of Musters and Absent reportsØ Maintaining Leave Records and Compensatory off of all Employees Month Wise.
