Key Responsibilities

HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle

  • Manage the complete

    employee lifecycle

    from onboarding to exit, ensuring a seamless employee experience.
  • Handle

    pre-joining and post-joining activities

    , documentation, and coordination.
  • Conduct

    exit interviews

    , process

    full & final settlements

    , and ensure employees exit with a positive impression of the organization.

Employee Engagement & Communication

  • Plan, design, and execute

    employee engagement initiatives

    , motivation programs, and internal events independently.
  • Drive

    achievement and performance communication

    , ensuring timely and impactful messaging across teams.
  • Identify engagement drivers and create internal communication strategies to connect employees across locations.
  • Encourage high participation and enthusiasm across all engagement programs.

Attendance, Payroll & Vendor Coordination

  • Maintain accurate records of

    attendance and leave management

    .
  • Share required data with HR leadership and Accounts for

    salary processing

    .
  • Coordinate with

    third-party vendors

    for staffing support, attendance systems, and payment processing.

Asset & Compliance Management

  • Maintain records of

    company assets

    issued to employees and manage issuance/collection as required.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and HR processes.

  • Energetic, enthusiastic HR professional with a passion for

    people management

  • Strong

    interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills
