The ideal candidate should be a male professional with a minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, especially in field hiring. The role requires strong interpersonal skills, local market knowledge, and the ability to meet hiring targets within tight deadlines. Key Responsibilities:Conduct end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for field roles. Plan and execute field recruitment drives across Chennai and nearby areas. Coordinate with internal teams and hiring managers to understand job requirements. Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates based on company requirements. Maintain and update recruitment records and reports. Ensure a smooth onboarding process for selected candidates. Travel locally for recruitment drives and events (travel expenses covered). Eligibility Criteria:Gender: Male candidates preferred Qualification: MBA in HR or related field Experience: Minimum 3 years in recruitment (field hiring preferred) Location Preference: Chennai-based candidates or those willing to relocate Benefits:Competitive salary (₹35K – ₹40K) Petrol allowance Reimbursement of travel expenses Exposure to field hiring and high-volume recruitment
