Job Title: Senior HR Executive – Field Recruitment Location: Chennai Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 (Take Home) + Petrol Allowance & Travel Expenses Industry: Recruitment / HR Department: Human Resources Job Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior HR Executive – Field Recruitment to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate should be a male professional with a minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, especially in field hiring. The role requires strong interpersonal skills, local market knowledge, and the ability to meet hiring targets within tight deadlines. Key Responsibilities:Conduct end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for field roles. Plan and execute field recruitment drives across Chennai and nearby areas. Coordinate with internal teams and hiring managers to understand job requirements. Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates based on company requirements. Maintain and update recruitment records and reports. Ensure a smooth onboarding process for selected candidates. Travel locally for recruitment drives and events (travel expenses covered).
