Job description
Recruitment and On boarding:
1. Manage job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews and reference checks.
2. Manage employee on boarding and off boarding process, ensuring all required documentation and formalities are completed.
3. Maintain accurate records and documents of recruitment and on boarding activities.
General Administrative Support:
1. Maintain and update employee records in the HR system (personal information, job details, attendance, etc.)
2. Track and manage employee leave records (sick leave, vacation, etc.) and attendance.
Training and Development:
1. Assisting the team to create and implement training strategies which fit the company goals and values.
2. Preparing the L&D calendar.
3. Actively driving L&D initiatives.
Payroll:
1. Process and manage end-to-end payroll activities, ensuring accurate and timely salary disbursement.
2. Ensure compliance with tax regulations, statutory deductions, and other relevant labor laws (e.g., Provident Fund, ESI, etc.).
3. Maintain payroll records, including deductions, bonuses, allowances, and reimbursements.
