Senior HR Business Partner

The Associate HR Business Partner position at insightsoftware within the HRBP team in APAC involves providing exceptional customer service to support the HRBP Managers as well as APAC employees. You will serve as the primary point of contact for general HR inquiries, demonstrating a high level of support and customer service. Your responsibilities will include managing end-to-end operational processes for the HR function, providing Workday-related transactional support, maintaining employee records, processing HR transactions, creating and updating HR documentation, offering reporting and analysis support, and assisting in organizational changes. You will also provide escalated support for HRBPs, assist in process design, training material creation, and knowledge article development, participate in New Hire Orientation and onboarding, and coordinate employee engagement activities and programs. To excel in this role, you should have relevant HR experience, the ability to work independently and proactively resolve complex issues, a strong customer service orientation, a mindset for continuous improvement, excellent communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of personnel, and the capacity to maintain confidentiality. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is required, and experience with HRIS systems, particularly Workday, is preferred. The minimum qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field and a minimum of 2 years of experience working in an HR capacity.
