Job Description

Senior HR and Admin Manager – (3-5 Years)


·  Design and implement the overall recruiting strategy.

·  Handle recruitments, starting with Manpower Requisition, Sourcing, arranging and conducting interviews, negotiating, and issuing appointment letters, keeping in view requirements as per the applicable laws.

·  Handle attendance, ensure adherence to company working hours, holidays, and PL, CL, and SL policy. Maintain and execute a performance appraisal system that drives high performance. Maintaining and executing Payroll.

·  Handle Resignations and Exit Interviews, Settlements as per Company policy and Procedure after obtaining all necessary clearances from the concerned Managers.

·  Systems and Process: Own up HR policy manual and conduct business in line with the objectives, policy, and procedures.

·  Oversee and manage the end-to-end annual performance appraisal process, ensuring fair and timely evaluations

·  Manage all aspects of office administration, including utilities, insurance, computer hardware, pantry facilities and comprehensive office maintenance and repairs. Oversee vendor management and facility operations, ensuring a well-maintained and efficiently run office environment.

·  Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management

·  Oversee the full training lifecycle, from needs assessment and program design to delivery, evaluation, and vendor management


Qualifications, skills, and abilities

·  A Master’s degree in Human Resources is required.

·  Should have at least 3 years of work experience in Human Resources Management.

·  Must be a detail-oriented, self-starter and able to work with little supervision while maintaining goals/tasks.

·  Must have good written and verbal communication skills and be able to effectively communicate with staff, management, clients, and vendors.

·  Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

·   Knowledge of HR related laws and regulations
