Job Description

As a Senior in this role, you will be an individual contributor with team and people management responsibilities. Your supervisory duties will involve overseeing a span of control of 3-4 team members. In addition to your managerial tasks, you will act as the Performance Manager for 3-4 appraisees, guiding their career development within the team. You will report to the Assistant Manager or Manager within the organization. Your primary focus will be supporting the geo of Holland. Your typical work timings will be from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm, taking into consideration client deliverables and commitments.,
