Senior Hardware Engineer

As a Senior Hardware Engineer at Saraca, you will have the opportunity to innovate and collaborate in a diverse and inclusive environment. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Analyzing customer and system requirements to develop architectural approaches and detailed specifications. - Conducting circuit design, requirements and interface definition, modeling and analysis, testing, performance, and design verification for projects involving digital and analog circuit design. - Providing technical leadership in design, development & production and architecting and creating Hardware design and verification plans. - Developing detailed PCB schematics based on product requirements & specifications. - Conducting pre-compliance EMI/EMC testing & implementing necessary design changes. - Troubleshooting and debugging hardware issues, applying Six Sigma principles for analysis. Preferred Qualifications: - Knowledge of sensors, including expertise in selecting, integrating, and utilizing various sensors. - Strong knowledge in analog and digital circuit design, including signal conditioning, filtering, and amplification. - Proficiency in controllers and processors, with in-depth knowledge of microcontrollers and microprocessors. - Comprehensive knowledge of MIL standards, including MIL-STD-464C, MIL-STD-461E, MIL-STD-1275E, and STD JSS 55555 standards. - Hands-on experience with DC-DC and AC-DC converter designs. - Proficiency in Electromagnetic Interference (EMI) analysis and grounding and shielding concepts. - Expertise in circuit design and troubleshooting with strong skills in identifying hardware issues.
