Senior Growth Yield Specialist

As a Sr. Growth Yield Specialist in our Gurugram Office, you'll act as a subject matter expert for high-impact yield initiatives, lead implementation of scalable solutions, and contribute to strategic programs.

To thrive in this role, you'll need:

• Technical Skills: HTML, JavaScript, CSS, SQL
• Ad Tech & SEO Expertise: Header Bidding, SEO fundamentals, SEO audit tools
• Platform Knowledge: Taboola
• Analytical & QA Skills: Strong QA mindset, data-driven analysis, performance troubleshooting
• Communication & Leadership: Excellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder communication
• Problem Solving and Technical Acumen

How you'll make an impact:

• Lead execution of yield initiatives with proven revenue impact (e.g., ABP Whitelisting, Header Bidding Optimization).
• Perform advanced analysis for Google Discover traffic drops; recommend optimizations.
• Perform Header Bidding Optimizations and continuously adopt new strategies to drive improved performance
• Support cross-regional implementations and mentor junior team members.
• Collaborate with Delivery, Product, and Analytics teams to ensure program success and innovation.
• Drive automation and process simplification to reduce time to FDOR and increase adoption.
• Develop playbooks and best-practice frameworks that empower Growth Publishers to achieve stronger performance
• Proactively monitor and optimize page performance to maximize results for Growth Publishers
