Senior Graphics Designer

About the Role:

We’re looking for a Graphic Designer with a strong eye for visual storytelling and a solid foundation in communication design. While you’ll be part of the marketing team, your work will span across branding, product, and digital initiatives throughout the organization. From social media graphics and logos to brochures, posters, and branding systems—you’ll play a key role in delivering impactful designs across both digital and print platforms.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in graphic design, backed by a portfolio that showcases a deep understanding of design principles, a refined sense of layout and typography, and the ability to translate brand strategy into compelling visuals. A proactive mindset, interest in AI-powered tools, and a passion for staying current with design trends are highly valued in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design brand communication materials including logos, brochures, posters, packaging, and digital assets.
• Create engaging social media posts, campaign visuals, and marketing collateral aligned with brand strategy.
• Develop and maintain visual guidelines to ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
• Apply audience insights and market context to create relevant, impactful designs.
• Leverage AI-assisted tools to spark new ideas and streamline workflows.
• Stay informed on design tools, trends, and best practices to keep creative output fresh and effective.
• Collaborate with product and development teams on brand assets and UI visuals.

Skills & Tools:

• Strong foundation in communication design and visual storytelling.
• Excellent grasp of layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma.
• Ability to translate creative briefs into clear and engaging visuals.
• Familiarity with motion graphics and basic video editing is a plus.
• Experience working with web graphics, icon systems, and brand guidelines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
