Job Title: Senior Graphics Designer

Job Summary:

As a Senior Graphics Designer, you will be responsible for leading the creative direction of visual concepts that inspire, inform, and captivate consumers. You will work with a team of creative professionals to develop and execute designs for a variety of mediums, including digital and print media.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and design high-quality concepts for a variety of digital and print media, including social media, email marketing, web graphics, print ads, and more.
• Lead the creative direction and execution of designs, ensuring they align with brand guidelines and business objectives.
• Mentor and train junior designers to improve their skills and knowledge in graphic design.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Create designs that are visually appealing, on-brand, and optimized for user experience.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in graphic design and digital marketing.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in graphic design or related field, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design styles and techniques.
• Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, CorelDraw, Procreate, and Figma.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to lead and work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of typography, color theory, and user experience principles.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
