Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manufacture advanced skincare formulations
• Research and innovate with new ingredients and technologies
• Conduct stability and efficacy testing to ensure high product standards
• Collaborate with R&D and marketing teams to launch new skincare solutions
• Maintain compliance with industry regulations and safety guidelines
• Optimize production processes for efficiency and quality

Requirements:

• Degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmacy, Biology, Cosmetics Technology or related field
• 2-5 years of experience in skincare, cosmetics, or personal care product formulation.
• Strong knowledge of active ingredients, emulsions, and skincare trends
• Hands-on experience in lab testing and formulation development
• Open-minded, innovative, and passionate about skincare
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
