Key Responsibilities: Develop and manufacture advanced skincare formulations Research and innovate with new ingredients and technologies Conduct stability and efficacy testing to ensure high product standards Collaborate with R&D and marketing teams to launch new skincare solutions Maintain compliance with industry regulations and safety guidelines Optimize production processes for efficiency and quality Requirements: Degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmacy, Biology, Cosmetics Technology or related field 2-5 years of experience in skincare, cosmetics, or personal care product formulation.
