At ValuSync Media, we help eCommerce brands scale with high-performing Meta & Google Ads, conversion-focused creative strategies, and CRO-driven web experiences. We’ve worked with 60+ brands worldwide, and our goal is simple—create bold, conversion-ready designs that don’t just look good, but sell.

We’re looking for a Graphic Designer who’s passionate about design and performance marketing, someone who can translate creative strategy into visuals that drive results.

What You’ll Do

As our Graphic Designer, you’ll work closely with our Creative Strategists and Media Buyers to bring ideas to life. Your role will cover a wide range of creative needs, including:

• Ad Creatives – Designing high-performing static & motion-based ads (Meta, Google, Pinterest).
• Email Design – Creating engaging, brand-consistent email templates for campaigns and flows.
• Web & Landing Page Design – Designing conversion-focused website/landing sections in Figma or similar tools.
• Brand Assets – Designing graphics, social media assets, and other marketing visuals that align with client branding.
• Collaborating with the team to brainstorm creative concepts, test variations, and iterate based on performance data.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong portfolio showcasing ad creatives, email designs, and web design work (please include in your application).
• Proficiency in design tools: Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Figma, Canva (bonus if you know After Effects or Premiere Pro).
• Solid understanding of sales principles, designing not just for aesthetics, but for clicks, conversions, and engagement.
• Ability to work across multiple brands with different styles, while maintaining high creative standards.
• Strong communication skills and openness to feedback & iteration.
• Bonus: Experience in CRO-driven design, typography, and motion graphics.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Shalimar Bagh, Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
