Key Responsibilities

Social Media & Creatives

• Design high-impact creatives for

  Instagram posts, reels covers, LinkedIn posts, YouTube thumbnails, stories, and carousels

  .
• Create campaign-specific visuals for promotions, student success stories, webinars, product launches, and learning tips.
• Develop

  eye-catching banner ads

  for Google Display, Facebook Ads, landing pages, and email campaigns.
• Build visually appealing templates for recurring content formats.

AI-Powered Design & Automation

• Use

  AI image-generation tools

  (Midjourney, DALL•E, Adobe Firefly, Stable Diffusion) to create mood boards, concepts, characters, illustrated scenes, and fast variations.
• Enhance and refine AI-generated images with Adobe tools.
• Understanding of character avatars or AI video creations and tools like Runway, VEO3, Canva AI, and Higgsfield is a plus.

Branding & Visual Consistency

• Maintain brand guidelines across all visuals and social media platforms.
• Create a consistent visual language for courses, banners, and marketing campaigns.
• Manage a digital library of icons, illustrations, templates, and reusable graphic components.

Required Skills

• 25 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in

  Ed-Tech, digital marketing, or content-focused brands

  .
• Strong skills in

  Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator

  , and

  Figma

  .
• Hands-on experience with

  AI image-generation tools

  (Midjourney, DALL•E, Firefly, Stable Diffusion).
• Ability to design

  high-performing social media posts & web banners

  .
• Deep understanding of typography, composition, color theory, visual hierarchy, and storytelling.
• Familiarity with

  ad creative best practices

  for performance marketing.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality creatives on tight timelines.
