Senior Graphic Designer

• Lead the creation of high-quality visual content, including branding, social media creatives, advertisements, website graphics, presentations, and print materials.
• Develop and maintain consistent brand identity across all platforms and campaigns.
• Collaborate with the marketing, content, and strategy teams to translate ideas into compelling visual stories.
• Oversee the design process from concept to final delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time and meet quality standards.
• Mentor, guide, and review the work of junior designers to ensure creativity and efficiency.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve design output.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and client expectations.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or related field.
• 1-3+ years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative design work across digital and print media.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software (Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.).
• Solid understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and branding
• Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to deliver under tight deadlines.
