Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹60,000/month

We’re looking for a visionary who can take a brand from a sketch to shelf. Someone who blends aesthetics with strategy and can confidently lead teams, conversations, and creative outcomes.

You’ll be doing:

End-to-end branding: from ideation to final delivery

Creating brand identities rooted in strategy and storytelling

Leading design direction across web, social, print & packaging

Sketching ideas and visualising across formats (Wacom skills a plus)

Collaborating with the content team to build cohesive narratives

Sourcing and managing visual assets

Bringing website animation ideas and scroll-based storytelling to life

Working on a variety of brands with strong visual impact

Crafting social media concepts that are thumb-stopping

Designing packaging that stands out in the FMCG and mass market landscape

✅ Experience in FMCG, Real Estate, or Mass-Market brands will be given first preference.

You’ll need to know:

Adobe Illustrator

Adobe Photoshop

Figma

Adobe XD

Hand sketching 

storyboarding

Wacom tablet usage

You should be

A team player who can also manage and mentor others

Someone who can own a project from brief to delivery

Comfortable with client-facing discussions, understanding their needs and mindsets

Great at visual thinking and creative strategy

Calm under pressure, fast with feedback, and sharp with design judgment

Able to deliver within timelines and guide junior creatives

Nice-to-have:

Tamil and Hindi typesetting (not mandatory, but a big plus)
