Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Graphic Designer who combines artistic talent with marketing strategy. In this role, you will be responsible for the entire visual language of Opticon Energy. You won’t just be designing posts; you will be creating the visual tools that help our sales team close deals—from high-quality social media creatives to technical solar diagrams and customer proposals.

Key Responsibilities

• Brand Stewardship: Maintain and evolve Opticon Energy’s brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all platforms (digital and print).
• Marketing Collateral: Design high-impact brochures, flyers, hoardings, and banners for our offline marketing campaigns in Bihar.
• Digital Presence: Create engaging visuals for social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram), including infographics, carousels, and short motion graphics/GIFs explaining solar benefits.
• Sales Enablement: Design professional proposal templates and case study documents that the sales team uses to pitch to clients.
• Photo Manipulation: Retouch site images and create realistic "mockups" showing how solar panels will look on a client’s roof before installation.
• Team Leadership: Mentor junior designers/interns and collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm campaign ideas.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Software Mastery: Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Proficiency in After Effects/Premiere Pro is a strong plus.
• Visualizing Technical Concepts: Ability to turn complex data (like energy savings graphs or technical layouts) into clean, easy-to-understand infographics.
• Print & Digital Knowledge: Strong understanding of print standards (CMYK, bleed, paper quality) for hoardings/brochures and digital standards for web/social.
• Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing branding, typography, and layout skills. Experience in Real Estate, Construction, or Engineering sectors is preferred.
• Language: Proficiency in Hindi and English (to create vernacular content for the local market).
