Job Description

Software Proficiency: Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools. Responsibilities: Project Management: Oversee design projects from start to finish, including ideation, planning, execution, and delivery. Creative Direction: Develop and execute creative concepts, ensuring they align with brand identity and marketing goals. Team Leadership: Mentor and guide junior designers, providing feedback and support to foster a collaborative and creative environment. Collaboration: Work with stakeholders, including marketing, product, and development teams, to translate business objectives into compelling visuals. Brand Consistency: Maintain and uphold brand guidelines across all visual assets, ensuring a cohesive and recognizable brand identity. Technical Skills: Possess strong proficiency in design software like Adobe Creative Suite, and stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies. Communication: Effectively communicate design concepts, feedback, and project updates to clients, team members, and stakeholders. Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality and consistency of design deliverables, paying close attention to detail and accuracy. Strategic Thinking: Contribute to the development of design strategies and provide creative input to achieve business objectives.
