About the Role:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Senior Graphic Designer to join our design team. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in creating visually appealing designs across digital and print media, with expertise in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Figma, and CorelDRAW (CDR). You will play a key role in conceptualizing and executing designs that align with our brand identity and marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize, design, and deliver high-quality graphics for digital platforms, social media, websites, branding, and print materials.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and development teams to translate ideas into impactful visuals.
• Create user-friendly UI/UX designs in Figma for web and mobile applications.
• Develop brand guidelines and ensure design consistency across all channels.
• Manage multiple design projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Mentor and guide junior designers when required.
• Stay updated with design trends, tools, and technologies to bring innovation to the team.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 2+ years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Figma, and CorelDRAW (CDR).
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative designs across digital and print media.
• Good understanding of color theory, typography, and layout principles.
• Ability to design engaging UI/UX mockups and prototypes in Figma.
• Knowledge of print production and digital design standards.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Good to Have (Optional Skills):

• Knowledge of motion graphics/animation tools (e.g., After Effects).
• Experience with video editing tools.
• Familiarity with branding and marketing strategies.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or a related field.
• Equivalent certifications or demonstrable portfolio are acceptable.
