Senior Graphic Designer

• Role: Senior Designer
• Location: Thane (Mumbai)

• Qualification: Bachelor’s or equivalent in Design or Fine Arts

Role Objective: The Senior Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating impactful, original, and brand-aligned designs that effectively communicate across digital and print platforms. The role requires a deep understanding of target audiences, design trends, and marketing objectives to produce engaging visual content that enhances user experience, strengthens brand identity, and drives higher customer engagement and conversions.

Job Description:

• Continuous benchmarking of clients’ competitors and industry practices w.r.t. design and branding
• Continuous benchmarking and keeping abreast with the latest design, colour, branding and font trends that are being followed
• Research on various content trends, ideas and promotions within and outside client industries
• Mentor and guide the junior team members to optimally use cutting edge design tools, to deliver quality design outputs
• Build fresh design ideas for new promotions, content mix, and communication channels to drive higher engagement and customer stickiness
• Seek information from Client Servicing to understand key business parameters and evaluate the success of marketing efforts, engagement rate, open rate and conversion
• Collaborate with the Client Servicing team to build an engaging monthly bank, campaigns and content to drive higher engagement and conversion driving monthly business targets
• Ensure timely closing of monthly content banks for each client to avoid last-minute requests or changes in the plan and campaigns

Required Skills:

• Excellent knowledge of Adobe Photoshop,Illustrator, Indesign, XD, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Adobe XD/ Figma
• Strong command over typography, fonts, color theory, and composition
• Excellent eye for detail and ability to translate briefs into strong visual narratives
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to ideate and create fresh ideas and content on the go
• Excellent in research and understanding topics and target audience
• Excellent in Time Management

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
