Senior Graphic Designer - D2C

Office Location - Kirti Nagar (West Delhi)

Work Setup - 5 days WFO + All Saturdays are WFH & half days

Role Overview :

As the Senior Graphic Designer at Fraganote, you will drive the brand's visual direction across all digital and print touchpoints. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to craft compelling, consistent, and innovative designs that reflect the essence of Fraganote.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and evolve Fraganote’s visual identity

  across all channels (website, social, packaging, campaigns, print).
• Lead and mentor junior designers.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to conceptualize and execute creative assets.

• Oversee all stages of design from concept to final execution

  — ensuring high aesthetic quality and brand consistency.
• Design and review packaging, labels, lookbooks, product mockups, performance ad creatives, and retail collaterals.
• Ensure all assets are optimized for various platforms including Meta, Google Ads....
• Manage timelines, workflows, and feedback cycles efficiently across multiple projects.
• Stay ahead of design trends in beauty, fashion, and lifestyle — infusing fresh perspectives into the brand.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Communication Design, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of design experience, preferably in the beauty, fashion, lifestyle, or D2C space.
• Proficiency in

  Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

  , Figma, Canva, and After Effects (bonus).
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, visual hierarchy, and brand systems.
• Experience in packaging design, print production, and digital advertising.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver quality work under tight deadlines.
• Eye for storytelling, minimal aesthetics, and brand alignment.

Nice to Have:

• Photography or art direction experience
• Motion graphics or video editing skills
• Experience working with fragrance or luxury lifestyle brands
