Senior Graphic Designer - D2C

As the Lead Graphic Designer at Fraganote, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual identity of the brand across various digital and print platforms. Collaborating with different teams, you will be responsible for creating designs that encapsulate the essence of Fraganote with elegance and clarity. Leading a small design team, you will ensure that the brand's visual direction stands out through innovative and consistent designs. Your main responsibilities will revolve around owning and developing Fraganote's visual identity on different channels such as the website, social media, packaging, campaigns, and print materials. Additionally, you will provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers, work closely with marketing, product, and content teams to bring creative ideas to life, and oversee the entire design process from conceptualization to final execution. You will be tasked with designing and reviewing various assets including packaging, labels, lookbooks, product mockups, ad creatives, and retail collaterals, ensuring that they are optimized for different platforms. Managing timelines, workflows, and feedback efficiently across multiple projects will be crucial, as well as staying updated on design trends related to beauty, fashion, and lifestyle to infuse fresh perspectives into the brand. The ideal candidate for this role should hold a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Communication Design, or a related field, along with 2-4 years of design experience in industries like beauty, fashion, lifestyle, or D2C. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, and After Effects is preferred, with a strong understanding of typography, color theory, visual hierarchy, and brand systems. Experience in packaging design, print production, and digital advertising is essential, as well as the ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines. An eye for storytelling, minimal aesthetics, and brand alignment will also be advantageous. While not mandatory, additional skills such as photography or art direction experience, motion graphics or video editing skills, and previous work with fragrance or luxury lifestyle brands would be considered a plus for this role.,
