Senior Graphic Designer

Agency Experience

We are looking for a highly creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to lead visual design initiatives and produce compelling creative assets for our advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing high-impact designs that align with brand strategy, drive engagement, and elevate client communication across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the conceptualization and execution of design solutions for a wide range of advertising materials (digital, print, social media, outdoor, branding, etc.)
• Collaborate closely with copywriters, strategists, and account teams to bring campaign ideas to life.
• Guide and mentor junior designers, providing feedback and ensuring design consistency across projects.
• Develop brand identities and maintain brand guidelines for various clients.
• Translate briefs into polished visual storytelling, presenting ideas confidently to internal teams and clients.
• Stay current with industry trends, tools, and design techniques to continuously innovate and improve creative output.
• Oversee multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards and meeting deadlines.
• Prepare final artwork for print and digital production, ensuring technical accuracy and brand integrity.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
• 5+ years of professional experience in a creative or advertising agency environment.
• Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD, After Effects is a plus).
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design styles and campaign work.
• Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and layout.
• Proven experience in digital and print production.

Pay: From ₹40,000.00 per month
