Senior Graphic Designer

As a Graphic Designer at Black Box Technology Product Solutions (TPS), your primary focus will be on driving the knowledge transfer of Black Box value propositions to customers, channels, and sales organizations. You will be responsible for developing creative and easily understandable content to empower salespeople to engage in relevant customer conversations and promote awareness and preference for Black Box solutions. Your expertise in design, particularly in the technology sector, will be crucial in creating both static and interactive digital media as well as video content. You should be a self-starter with strong leadership and innovation skills. - Collaborate with content creators, marketing communications managers, product marketers, and product managers to develop engaging content. - Translate company and marketing strategies into visually compelling messages tailored to industry segments and technologies. - Create various marketing materials such as customer case studies, whitepapers, brochures, infographics, presentations, and sales collateral. - Design impactful wall designs for events and trade shows. - Produce visuals like posters and presentations that effectively communicate value propositions and unique selling points. - Ideally, conceive, script, and produce video content, including customer testimonials and product demos. - High level of creativity, attention to detail, and self-organization skills for effective communication through different media. - Regularly design and produce content to enhance the company's digital footprint and engage both prospects and existing customers. - Strong team player capable of collaborating with internal functional groups and external freelancers/agencies. - Blend design and creative elements with cutting-edge technologies and artistic trends.
