We’re hiring a Senior Graphic Designer to lead visual content creation for our institute while training students in brand identity design, digital media, and advertising aesthetics Key Responsibilities: 1. Design Leadership Create on-brand visuals for: Social media campaigns Website assets Student project case studies Maintain APELS’ visual identity (colors, typography, imagery). 2. Teaching & Mentorship Teach 3 modules : Logo & Visual Identity Design Digital Advertising (Social Media/Web) Packaging & Print Media Train students on Adobe Suite, Canva, AI tools . Guide students to build job-ready portfolios . 3. Industry-Ready Skills Integrate AI design tools into projects. Align student work with GCC market trends . Requirements: 3+ years in graphic design (agency/in-house). 1+ year teaching/mentoring . Portfolio showcasing branding, packaging, digital ads . Mastery of Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator . Job Type: Full-time Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Work Location: In person
