Senior Graphic Designer

Job description:

Analytix is looking for a hands-on Graphic Design to own and elevate our brand across all touchpoints, including web, social, ads, email, landing pages, and print. You will define the creative vision, produce compelling design work, and lead a small design pod to execute high-impact campaigns that generate leads and build brand trust.

This is a strategic and executional role for someone who thrives on turning ideas into performance-driven creative, while ensuring brand consistency and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Set the creative direction and translate marketing goals into campaigns, briefs, and concepts
• Manage and evolve brand guidelines, templates, and asset libraries
• Deliver consistent, on-brand creative across digital and print channels
• Collaborate with teams across content, SEO, PPC, web, and business development
• Own timelines, resources, and budgets for creative projects
• Track revisions, manage approvals, and ensure on-time delivery
• Use performance metrics like CTR, CPA, and engagement to improve creative output
• Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and best practices
• Mentor and support the growth of the design team

What We're Looking For

• 4+ years of experience in graphic design or creative leadership roles
• A strong portfolio demonstrating digital and print design skills
• Proficiency in tools like Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
• Excellent communication and project management abilities
• Experience working closely with marketing and growth teams
• Familiarity with B2B or SaaS is a plus
