Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Web Design, or a related field.
4+ years of experience as a designer in a marketing or agency environment, with web design experience.
Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity and versatility across digital marketing and web design projects.

Proficiency in design tools:

Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch (for web design and UI mockups).
Understanding of responsive web design and basic UI/UX best practices.
Knowledge of CMS platforms (WordPress, HubSpot, etc.) is a plus.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to take feedback constructively and iterate quickly.
Strong time management and organizational skills.
