Senior Graphic Designer

As a Senior Graphic Designer at our company, you will play a crucial role in leading design initiatives, enhancing our brand identity, and producing visually appealing materials for digital and print platforms. Key Responsibilities: - Develop high-quality designs for various marketing campaigns, branding projects, digital content, presentations, and print materials. - Take charge of creative projects from inception to completion, ensuring they align with brand guidelines and business objectives. - Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and leadership teams to establish cohesive visual strategies. - Provide art direction and valuable feedback to junior designers and external freelancers. - Uphold and enhance brand identity across all communication channels. - Stay abreast of design trends, tools, and best practices to drive innovation. - Effectively manage multiple deadlines and prioritize tasks accordingly. - Prepare final artwork files for production and maintain quality control standards. Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 5 years of professional design experience (agency or in-house). - Impressive portfolio demonstrating expertise in brand design, digital design, and creative problem-solving. - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, or other design tools. - Experience in motion graphics, video editing, or UI/UX design would be advantageous. - Excellent visual, verbal, and written communication skills. - Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently or collaboratively. - Capability to take creative ownership and guide design direction.
