Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:- Develop and optimize Google Retail Search solutions to enhance user experience.- Implement and maintain Elastic Search capabilities to improve search accuracy and efficiency.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Enterprise Search functionalities.- Analyze search data to drive improvements and ensure high-quality results.- Lead the design and execution of scalable search architectures.

Technical and Professional Requirements:

Minimum Qualifications:- Bachelor''s or Master''s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.- Proven experience in Google Retail Search and Elastic Search with a minimum of 5 years.Preferred Qualifications:- Experience in implementing Enterprise Search solutions.- Demonstrated ability to lead projects and work collaboratively in a team environment.- Strong analytical skills and a track record of leveraging data for strategic improvements.- Prior experience in developing scalable search architectures.- Familiarity with retail industry trends and search technology advancements.Good to Have Skills: Flask, Pandas, Data Analysis, Springboot, Hibernate.

Preferred Skills:
