Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and optimize Google Retail Search solutions to enhance user experience
• Implement and maintain Elastic Search capabilities to improve search accuracy and efficiency
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to integrate Enterprise Search functionalities
• Analyze search data to drive improvements and ensure high quality results
• Lead the design and execution of scalable search architectures

Technical Requirements:

• Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field
• Proven experience in Google Retail Search and Elastic Search with a minimum of 5 years
• Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in implementing Enterprise Search solutions
• Demonstrated ability to lead projects and work collaboratively in a team environment
• Strong analytical skills and a track record of leveraging data for strategic improvements
• Prior experience in developing scalable search architectures
• Familiarity with retail industry trends and search technology advancements
