Role Overview: As a Senior Google Ads Specialist with 4+ years of experience in hardcore Google Ads campaign ownership, your primary responsibility will be to independently set up, optimize, and scale Google Ads campaigns across various platforms like Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max, and Video. Your focus will be on driving measurable ROI for high-budget campaigns while comprehending the complete performance marketing funnel. Key Responsibilities: - End-to-end setup and management of Google Ads campaigns encompassing Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max, and Video. - Formulating campaign strategies to maximize ROAS, lead generation, and conversions. - Performing advanced keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis. - Daily optimization of campaigns through bidding strategies, negative keywords, ad copy A/B testing, and funnel adjustments. - Managing high-budget accounts ($50K+/month) with emphasis on cost efficiency and performance. - Setting up conversion tracking via GA4 and GTM for precise measurement and reporting. - Identifying new growth opportunities, remarketing funnels, and seasonality adjustments to scale campaigns. - Generating insightful reports and dashboards on campaign performance and suggesting actionable improvements. - Collaborating with content, SEO, and design teams to align ads with landing pages for enhanced conversions. Qualification Required: - 4+ years of hands-on experience in managing Google Ads campaigns. - Demonstrated ability to independently manage and scale campaigns with budgets exceeding $50K/month. - Profound knowledge of Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max, and Video Ads. - Expertise in setting up conversion tracking (GA4, GTM, enhanced conversions, offline conversions). - Thorough understanding of bidding strategies, attribution models, and ROI optimization. - Strong analytical skills to translate data into actionable performance insights. - Preferably hold Google Ads Certifications (Search, Display, Shopping, Video, Measurement). - Familiarity with e-commerce and lead-gen campaign strategies is advantageous.
