Senior Go Developer (IoT Specialist)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Go Developer with extensive experience in IoT development to join our team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in AWS Lambda, DynamoDB, AWS IoT Core, and a strong understanding of BLE (Bluetooth Low Energy) and MESH networking protocols. This role involves designing, developing, and deploying scalable IoT solutions while ensuring high performance and security.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop IoT applications using Go and integrate them with AWS services. Implement BLE and MESH networking protocols to enable communication between IoT devices.

Develop and optimize AWS Lambda functions for real-time IoT data processing.

Design and maintain DynamoDB tables for efficient storage and retrieval of IoT data.

Work with AWS IoT Core for device management, MQTT messaging, and data streaming.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop scalable and secure IoT solutions.

Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices.

Monitor and optimize the performance of IoT systems and troubleshoot issues.

Ensure security best practices are followed in IoT communication and data handling.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in backend development with Go (Golang).

Strong understanding of IoT architecture and protocols (MQTT, CoAP, BLE, MESH, etc.). Hands-on experience with AWS services, including AWS Lambda, DynamoDB, AWS IoT Core, API Gateway, S3, and CloudWatch.

Proficiency in BLE communication and experience working with MESH networks.

Experience in real-time data processing and event-driven architecture.

Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.

Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus. Familiarity with security best practices for IoT and cloud-based applications.

Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in an agile environment.

Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.
