Senior GIS Analyst -ArcGIS Pro

• Design, develop, and manage GIS-based solutions using ArcGIS Pro and related Esri tools.
• Conduct spatial data analysis, geoprocessing, and visualization in both 2D and 3D environments.
• Automate workflows and support advanced geospatial modeling using ArcPy/Python.
• Lead end-to-end project execution, including requirement gathering, solution design, implementation, and delivery.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients – participate in meetings, understand business problems, and translate them into technical GIS workflows.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with data engineers, developers, and business analysts to integrate geospatial intelligence into broader business solutions.
• Stay updated with Esri product releases and GIS industry trends.
  

Skills

• 5–8 years of professional experience working with ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Online/Enterprise, and related Esri tools.
• Strong proficiency in spatial analysis, data management, and map creation.
• Hands-on experience with Python scripting (ArcPy) for automating tasks and performing advanced geoprocessing.
• Experience working with geodatabases, feature classes, shapefiles, and spatial data formats.
• Proven experience in client interactions, stakeholder communication, and project ownership.
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with ArcGIS Enterprise or ArcGIS Online publishing and administration.
• Familiarity with web GIS, dashboards, and StoryMaps.
• Experience integrating GIS with business intelligence tools or relational databases.
• Knowledge of spatial databases (PostGIS, SQL Server Spatial, etc.) is a plus.
