Senior Functional Analyst

You will be responsible for configuring the Avature system, creating workflows, and documenting configuration decisions and system requirements. Additionally, you will need to stay updated on regular ATS releases, make enhancement recommendations, and conduct testing. Your duties will also involve troubleshooting issues, providing support to end users, and maintaining functional knowledge of HR processes and platforms. Furthermore, you will be tasked with interface and integration support, collaborating with IT and HR to identify and implement solutions. Analyzing business problems and opportunities, developing solutions, and supporting upgrades and patches will also be part of your role. You will play a crucial part in managing role-based security, ensuring accurate functionality, and maintaining the integrity and accuracy of ATS data. Collaboration with HR, IT, and vendors to achieve shared goals and assisting in the delivery of HR Technology road-map initiatives will also be expected. Minimum Qualifications: - Familiarity and experience with ATS tools such as Taleo, Workday, etc. - Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related technical field - 3-5 years of experience with Avature or any other ATS tool in an Administrator role - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including intermediate to advanced skills in Excel and Visio - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Self-motivated and able to work effectively independently or in a team - Ability to troubleshoot and analyze complex data issues - Detail-oriented, organized, proactive - Strong time and project management skills - Embraces diverse people, thinking, and styles - Prioritizes safety and security for self and others Preferred Qualifications: - Avature certifications Level 1-4 - Prior experience with ATS implementation - Familiarity with Candidate Relationship Management and onboarding systems - System integration experience Please note that additional work may be assigned as needed to support the objectives of Delta Tech Hub.,
