Senior Full-Stack Engineer

In this role at DevForge Technology Private Limited, you will be a Senior Full-Stack Engineer responsible for leading dedicated client projects with clarity, confidence, and excellent communication. Your main responsibilities will include: - Leading full-stack development across web and mobile platforms - Collaborating with clients to understand project goals and translating them into technical execution - Managing the entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) from architecture decisions to production deployment - Building scalable backend systems with NodeJS, MongoDB, and MySQL - Developing intuitive frontend interfaces using React, NextJS, Tailwind CSS, and Typescript - Contributing to and maintaining React Native applications - Utilizing AWS or GCP for scalable infrastructure and deployment pipelines - Implementing job schedulers and background task processing - Optimizing performance, identifying bottlenecks, and delivering clean, reusable code - Communicating project updates, risks, and blockers clearly with stakeholders Qualifications required for this role include: - 3-7 years of strong full-stack development experience - Excellent problem-solving skills and logical thinking - Proactive communication and ability to work directly with clients - Experience managing deployments and debugging in production - Bonus: Experience with Docker, CI/CD, and scalable architecture patterns The tech stack you will be working with includes: - Frontend: React, Next.js, Tailwind CSS, React Native, Typescript - Backend: Node.js, Express.js - Databases: MongoDB, MySQL - Cloud & DevOps: AWS, GCP - Others: Job Scheduling (cron, queues), Git, REST/GraphQL APIs At DevForge Technology, you will have the opportunity to work on impactful global projects, take technical ownership, enjoy a friendly work culture, be part of a supportive team of driven engineers, and have room to innovate and grow fast.
