Senior Full-Stack Engineer

As a Senior Full-Stack Engineer at DevForge Technology Private Limited, you will have the opportunity to lead dedicated client projects independently with clarity, confidence, and excellent communication skills. Your responsibilities will include architecting solutions and delivering scalable, performant, and maintainable code across web and mobile platforms. You will collaborate closely with clients to understand project goals and translate them into technical execution. Managing the entire software development life cycle (SDLC) from architecture decisions to production deployment will be a key part of your role. You will be building scalable backend systems using NodeJS, MongoDB, and MySQL, as well as developing intuitive frontend interfaces with technologies like React, NextJS, Tailwind CSS, and Typescript. Additionally, you will contribute to and maintain React Native applications, utilize AWS or GCP for scalable infrastructure, and implement job schedulers and background task processing. As a successful candidate, you should have 3 to 7 years of strong full-stack development experience, excellent problem-solving skills, and logical thinking abilities. Proactive communication and the ability to work directly with clients are essential. Experience in managing deployments, debugging in production, and familiarity with Docker, CI/CD, and scalable architecture patterns are considered a bonus.
