Senior Full-Stack Engineer

As a Senior Full Stack Developer at Naatscorp, a pioneering deep-tech assistive technology startup, your role is crucial for integrating hardware medical devices with Human-Machine Interfaces (HMI), AI/ML-driven robotics, cloud platforms, and database management systems. You will be responsible for conducting system analysis & integration, frontend & backend development, AI/ML & robotics integration, cloud & database management, security & compliance, testing, deployment & maintenance, as well as agile development & collaboration. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct in-depth analysis of project requirements for hardware-software integration and develop scalable architecture for seamless connectivity. - Develop intuitive HMIs for medical devices using React.js, Flutter, and Kotlin for frontend development, and build robust APIs for backend development. - Integrate predictive analytics, computer vision, and intelligent automation into medical devices. Develop edge computing capabilities for processing sensor data and executing AI-driven functions on-device. - Design and manage cloud-based platforms for remote device monitoring and data analysis. Optimize data flow between medical devices and relational & NoSQL databases. - Ensure compliance with medical device cybersecurity standards and data privacy regulations. Implement secure authentication, encryption, and access control mechanisms. - Conduct unit, integration, and system testing to ensure reliability. Deploy and maintain applications in cloud and containerized environments. - Participate in Agile sprints, user story discussions, and cross-functional collaboration with hardware engineers, AI developers, and product managers. Required Tech Skills & Experience: - Frontend Technologies: React.js, Flutter, Kotlin, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript. - Backend & AI Integration: Python (Django, FastAPI), Node.js, WebSockets, MQTT, RESTful APIs. - Database & Cloud Technologies: Relational (MySQL, PostgreSQL), NoSQL (MongoDB, Firebase), AWS, Azure, GCP. - Security & Compliance: Experience with cybersecurity best practices, ISO 13485, HIPAA, GDPR. - Containerization & DevOps: Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, Git. Soft Skills: - Problem-solving mindset for troubleshooting complex interactions. - Strong time management skills for Agile environment. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. In your role, you are expected to have 5+ years of hands-on experience in full-stack development, AI integration, and cloud-based applications, with a strong background in developing software for embedded systems and medical devices. You should also have experience in developing and deploying AI-driven robotics applications and the ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment.
