Senior Full Stack Engineer

As a Senior Full Stack Engineer at BTB (Be The Bank), you will play a crucial role in evolving the architecture and system engineering to support a growing scale of users, features, and data. Your responsibilities will include participating in the full system lifecycle, working on new initiatives and growth engines, continuously learning and improving processes, and building scalable and maintainable systems. You will be working with a supportive, diverse, and innovation-driven team in a modern WeWork office in Baner, Pune. **Key Responsibilities:** - Participate in the full system lifecycle from solution design, development, and implementation to production systems maintenance. - Evolve the architecture and system engineering to support a growing scale of users, features, and data. - Work on new initiatives and new growth engines for the company. - Continuously learn and improve processes, tools, and services. - Take part in building scalable and maintainable systems. **Qualifications Required:** - B.E/B.Tech or Masters degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field. - 5+ years experience with NodeJS/TypeScript server-side technologies, preferably NestJS. - 4+ years experience with frontend technologies: React/Angular/VueJS. - Infrastructure oriented with familiarity in architecture methodologies and system design. - Proven experience with high scale data processing pipeline. - Strong experience with database systems. - Expertise in designing and implementing scalable, distributed systems using microservices architecture, Kubernetes, Kafka & Docker. - Familiarity with cloud services and infrastructure, AWS preferred. - Passion for learning and staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends. - Self-motivated with good communication skills, ability to collaborate with other developers and product managers. - Experience developing and supporting hosted and/or multi-tenant software delivered as-a-Service (SaaS). - Excellent communication skills, analytical & problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills. - Deep experience with Agile/SCRUM/SAFe software development methodologies. - Excellent Team integration skills & work in a fast-paced, collaborative, and creative environment & must be a team player.,
